Weaned
Ella is at her Lola and Lolo's for a few days. We dropped her off Thursday morning and don't see her again until Sunday. The purpose is so that she can get weaned from nursing. We heard she's been having a tough time, but she's ok. Thursday was her first night away from Melody since she was born. It is probably just as hard for us as it is for her though. We are grateful to Melody's parents for all their help, especially this weekend, getting us through this transition.

ahhhhhh... i have been thinking about all of you and praying the transition goes well. Poor little thing. Poor mommy and daddy too. So hard, but you'll all be fine.
hey - mom! why didn't you offer to take my boys during weaning time?????
its funny but i don't really remember having too much trouble weaning. I think Jay was the hardest to stop. But that little lauren! When i went to work the first day, she wouldn't have anything to do with my boobie when i came home. She wanted the bottle. More control!! LOL.
